DISC is a behaviour assessment tool which centres on four different personality traits which are currently Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C).

DISC is regularly used in businesses to help determine a course of action when dealing with problems as a leadership team—that is, taking the various aspects of each personality type into account when solving problems or assigning job roles.

In fact, an individuals self-awareness is essential to success. How do you expect your team members to cultivate positive growth if they do not understand what motivates how you think or feel or adversely, what is blocking your development.
