A subsequent training programme to embed/ enhance the skills of all members of the Daytona Sales Team was delivered over a week period. All members of the team were assessed through observation of their development and learning throughout the week. The business was able to monitor subsequent improved sales performance of individuals through the inclusion of various incentives to achieve new targets or simply by monitoring current versus past performance over a period of time.
