P & A Wood are authorised Rolls-Royce Motor car dealers and the only Rolls-Royce authorised accident repair agent for the UK. They are also Bentley Approved Service dealers and founder members of the Rolls-Royce and Bentley Specialists Association. They specialise in sales, service, restorations and spare parts for the entire range of Rolls-Royce and Bentley motorcars from 1904 to the present day.
The company was founded by Paul & Andrew Wood in 1967, working exclusively with Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor cars from a workshop in Moreton, Essex. Their passion for their craft has led to significant notariety within their industry with the wonderful knowledge that they continue to develop younger generations of enthusiasts to carry on their expertise; their daughter Georgina Wood, now assuming responsibility as Managing Director.

Jenisys is providing a Bespoke Consultancy package to Georgina Wood and her team. Our consultancy is building upon the existing skills of the team with focus upon arising business needs, challenging market conditions and desire for business development opportunities. The bespoke package includes with 1-1 direct coaching, direct training to groups of the business, profiling and in-depth analysis of company performance to develop opportunities for growth.
It is however the relationship developed with P&A Wood that is fundamental to the success of the program.
